Encore Personnel Derby

I started working for Encore Personnel Derby last week. Right from the beginning the whole team stared treating me as I was one of them. Always ready to help, always friendly. Anything I need they are there for me. Always working on my behalf. I've worked with many agencies in my driving career but this one makes me really happy. Offered a job on entry which was great, hygiene Operative and drivers mate sounded awesome. Except it turned out to be just a hygiene Operative role. After requesting holidays to be paid over the Xmas period nothing was paid and after requesting it on my last payslip a week in advance they have refused to pay them until the week after. My handler was very friendly and kept an eye open for us which was great, she is the reason this agency has received a star more than they deserve.

Encore is an employment agency. I have been to their offices in both Derby and Nottingham and they both look professional. The staff are both friendly and efficient. I am a University student and managed to find a job that suited my needs (work for 3 months). I never ran into payroll issues (unlike other companies I heard of in my workplace) and was always satisfied with the results. Thanks to encore, I will not require a maintenance loan for my second year at Uni.

I would highly recommend this agency if you are looking for long term work. Andy has always kept his word when offering me work. Never lied about the job roles and has always found me suitable opportunities. Never had a problem with wages being paid in full and on time. Quality people to work for.
