worked at Loscoe tip for no breaks and had to jump in and out of the skip. Another temp told me I was too slow and useless and I got banned. Health and Safety questionable at this site. Calverton and Kimberley much better and they are run by Veolia and not Martin.

Well I personally have not had any issues with proactive, always paid on time always correct wages, booked holiday with no problems what so ever....The biggest plus is thes guys landed me a job....lee Naylor and Owen Townsend Thank you guys and all the best in.the future

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I never leave reviews but this absolute shambles of an agency needs one. Absolutely disgusting agency to work for. They do not pay your wages correctly or on time. When you call the office, they are very arrogant and rude, they laugh and come across very dismissive to the issue in hand. There excuses behind non payment of wages is to just blame payroll with no resolution. There communication skills are next to nill, with very rude staff that have no training in customer service at all. In particular, Reece is one very rude individual who finds it appropriate to laugh down the phone at your distress. They fail to engage with both the companies they work along side and the employes properly which leaves both unknown and in the dark. Do not work for this agency if you're looking for permanent work, enjoyable work or you want to get your wages on time. AVOID completely!
