I have been more than impressed by the excellent service of initially Beth, whose intuitive reactions allowed me to change my unit to one that was more suitable for my needs. Then on arrival at Storage King Derby in person, it has been a pleasure to deal with Mark, the Store Manager. Fantastic service! We used Storage King this year whilst doing work on our house. All the Derby staff were super helpful and lovely. I'd never used storage before but Rich really looked after us and the whole process went really smoothly! I love the security of knowing every unit has its own alarm that you arm and disarm with your code as you come and go. It's really simple but effective! It was also really useful to be able to have 24 hour access. They have big trolleys you can use for bulky items and of course lifts too. Just basically everything you could need! I would definitely use them again and couldn't recommend highly enough! 5 STARS!!

Having never used a storage area before and having a family medical emergency where I had to have furniture removed within a day to allow for a hospital bed to be delivered all I can say about this team is they went above and beyond what I expected . The service was polite ,informative and the price was a lot less than I expected to have to pay compared with other companies. I can honestly say that if anyone asked me to advice a storage solution I would 100% say storage King every time The company should be very proud of the sales team that they have and the removal team that they use are as the team stated well experienced and once again polite and considerate of the items they are removing . Well done to you all and thanks again
