Bought bed mattress and otterman frame supposed to be best in the shop, Otterton was put together and left with one leg smashed and just proping the base up other legs bent Otterton was changed, mattress was a disgrace, dips right back at the four corners from day one, called and complained after 3 days said it was normal let the air fill out, they said still waiting to fill out a few weeks later mattress developed a big hump down the middle having tried to have it changed they tell me its fine DONT BUY FROM HERE LOAD OF RUBBISH a waste of £750 I had to go and buy a new mattress
