Just wanted to leave a review for this guys for helping with my accident , went there for an estimate and Alan referred me to a claim company that helped me with my non faulty accident. Honestly this was the best customer service I have ever received in my life , Alan and Tom were so nice to explain all the options and how quick and efficient they were it was just wow . Can never ever thank them enough. Thank you so much.

The customer service provided here is 5 star. Would really like to thank Barbra and Paul for helping me get my boot open when the locking mechanism had failed to enable me to get a rear windscreen replacement. I called up the shop and they told me to bring the car down and I was in and out in less than an hour with a working boot! Would hesitate to go anywhere else after that experience!

Car went in to have accident damage repaired. The work was so good, I had them respray the entire car, replace trims and windscreen. Extremely professional, friendly and helpful. (And patient!!) Looked after me like a company should and had a few laughs along the way. I cannot highly recommend these guys enough. Thank you (in no order) Alan, David, Paul, Tom, Danielle. Also everyone in the parts dept, Elliot, Craig and Steven to name a few people.

Initially I was pleased with the assistance given by the body shop in managing my warranty claim. My 1st phone call was successful as I was sent a link to my email address. The link allowed me direct access to the upload photos of the body work in question. The instruction on how to navigate the system were simple to follow. Almost instantly I received an email confirming the images had been received and informing me that someone from the team would be in touch shortly. After patiently waiting 7 days I called Lloyd’s enquiring if they had an update on my claim. They couldn’t find my case at first. After a wait they located the file and promised someone would call me back that day to discuss the way forward. Four days later still no call. Very disappointing, I had hoped for some professionalism especially after waiting a week.fingers crossed they contact me Monday morning. I will have no problem in escalating this matter to Porsche as I’m sure they would be interested in the lack of support.

Great experience at Lloyd. I was initially devastated when I damaged my car and wanted the job done properly. Paddy was great at explaining what needed doing. Although I expected to pay a bit over the odds for a Porsche approved bodyworks I was still very impressed with the fee and the work they did was absolutely perfect. Thanks to Paddy and the team.
