St Sushi

The food was delicious, we got a good range of the sushi rolls available and everything we had was great! The tempura veg platter is amazing and the portions are good.

Looked at the reviews before ordering and regret trusting them. Ordered a prawn tempura bento box and salmon sashimi. Food was all bland and room temperature. Surprised me that the sashimi wasn't on something to keep it cool before delivery, particularly at this price. Paid £28 for this and it tasted no better than a fast food place. Disappointed and wouldn't order from again.

Been in a few times and got take away but oh my how things have gone south. £72 sushi platter and they give me tuna mayonnaise, TUNA MAYO! A low quality fish selection (maybe a bad market day) and fillers that should never be associated to sushi. I would have returned and complained if it wasn’t due to that recent fire and an hour of pointless traffic, but even so, this just shouldn’t happen. Check before you leave guys!

We ordered sushi (Tokyo set), tempura, garlic beef, tofu, oyster and grilled eel for a easter celebration dinner with long time no see family members. Foods are good in general. Sushi is the best among all the things ordered. Services and atmosphere are excellent.

This is one of the best places for sushi in Newcastle. The sushi is high quality and tasty. We have always had great meals here and love this restaurant. The tempura prawns are light and crispy and the food is always fresh. There is also a large selection of items available on the menu. A must visit for anyone looking for a casual sushi restaurant serving brilliant food.
