I had a level 2 survey done on a pretty standard 3 bed semi that needed a bit of work. The survey was comprehensive, reasonably priced and delivered quickly, only a few working days after the visit to the property. It included the issues identified, pictures and suggested fixes/maintenance suggestions. Definitely recommended!
