Usually a reliable and fast service with drivers who know the local area. Lately a lot of drivers seem to be relying on Satnav and can't be bothered to turn up in a reasonable time. The regular drivers who have been there years are excellent and I apologise to them for leaving this negative review.
Getting to Grantham was brilliant, picked me up when they said they would and Andy the driver was lovely. However don't know what happened on the return. Apparently the nurse phoned to let them know I was being discharged,they arrived but …
