I had a great experience with B2K Computers. A few weeks ago, my Macbook Pro (2017) randomly glitched, the screen started flickering and it completely shut down. Took it to the Apple Store and they were unable to start it up. I was told I would need a deep repair but would most likely lose my data or another option was to get a data recovery service done but that would mean completely wrecking my Macbook in the process. I looked online and found B2K Computers and went in. The staff looked at my laptop and managed to get the screen to show up, though it was still showing a glitch and flicker on the screen. It was then taken into repair and I was kept updated throughout. The staff worked hard on the repair and I couldn't thank them enough! The whole procedure was professional and both my laptop and data were intact! My situation could've been much worse but I'm pleased it did not get to that! Note to self and others: always frequently back up your data! It's not worth the stress when laptops malfunction!
