I'm terrified of dentists but due to dental issues I needed to find one as mine no longer did nhs, im so glad i found this one, they are amazing they managed to keep me calm and talked me through each step before they did anything and were really reassuring, the receptionists are really lovely too.

I have been with this dentist for many years it’s such a friendly place staff are very nice and pleasant I would highly recommend it.

Friendly and helpful, it was a while since I last went to the dentists these got me registered quick and where really helpful. Receptionist was lovely dentist and nurse where too.

Hi I am highly upset that a friend of mine has been removed from this practice without good reason. This has obviously cause physical stress (as treatment is required) and affected their mental health. The practice states that if you can’t make an appointment that you should notify them within a 24 hour period. Due to to the time the appointment was made the next earliest available time to make the cancellation was first thing in the morning - which they did. To only go on to receive a discharge letter. They stated on the letter that they had not followed procedure as they did no cancel in the 24 hour window - which they did. They stated that his has happened previously twice in the whole time being part of the practice. My friend has been there for years so three cancellations (due to have personal Issues with her children), during this time frame, to be discharged does not seem to be fair - nor were the reasons for cancellation taken into consideration. This has resulted in my friend being discharged, not been treated and now stressed trying to find a new dentist. I do not recommend this dentist at all.
