Indigo

Went into Indigo 2 weeks ago to check whether they could clean kingsize quilts (10.5 tog polyester ). Told they could and quoted price. Went in today to be told it was 'too large as they only had standard-sized machines'. Can't believe a business doesn't know the basics and staff can't advise customers correctly. They advertise duvet/quilt cleaning in the window... 'what size Indigo? Single, lightweight only?!!! ' Recently moved into area and will be taking all dry-cleaning business elsewhere!

I took my coat which is 3 years old to be dry cleaned and when I picked it up it looked brand new and had replaced a button too. Great and fast service and great prices, will definitely use again, thankyou

Repaired a pair of ripped jeans, flawlessly, for £12. Clear communication and great service. They called when it was back in, it gets sent out to be repaired, so saved me having to worry.

Had an emergency wedding to attend, so needed a suit dry cleaned and pressed at short notice. Seems the normal turnaround time is 24 hours, and the price was excellent, at ￡7.50. Cannot complain at all, very happy and would use again and recommend to others.

Service had a quick turnaround time. Suit and shirt combo came back clean with only two tiny blemishes that came out subsequently with damp brushing. Some staff members were helpful and receptive to questions, others were not. Value for money was very reasonable, quite satisfied on the whole, thanks. 👍
