This is the absolute best take away shop. The staff is extremely friendly and the quality of service is impeccable! I highly recommend!

Great place for reasonably priced fish and chips. You definitely get the quality and quantity. Come here quite a lot over the years. Not a big fan of the peas and I usually like them from other places.

The people were very friendly and helpful but the chips weren't nice, not sure if it was the type of potato or if they weren't cooked enough. The Doner kebab was rubbery but the chicken kebab was ok. Partner remembered it being one of the best a few years ago but don't think we'll be trying it again.

Best chippy in the Meadows! Healthy portion sizes, lots of choice on the menu and not too pricey. Close to the Embankment so you can eat your chips with a lovely view of the Trent... Only downside is that they are still using single use polystyrene to package some of the meals (sort it out).

Banging Fish & Chips.. cooked to order! Curry sauce is worth a go …& Be warned large bag of chips is BIG!
