Staff were quick to help and nothing was too much for them! Attention to detail was brilliant and made the process straight forward.

We would love to thank the team at Beaverbrooks in Nottingham, particular Niall, whom took fantastic care of us and our wedding items. The aftercare is second to none and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

It was an absolutely great experience. A lovely gentleman called Ross serviced us. Got us to sit down and asked if we wanted a drink. I had water my sister had tea and she said it was a good cuppa tea. He then came with the boss chain and told us about the product and how the clasp worked. He told us about the one-off £8 insurance, which we took out just encase. Then he gift wrapped and bagged our gift for our dad. We even had alittle chat about whiskey as we had just been to the whiskey also for another gift. Ross needs a big shout out for his great service! I would definitely return to Nottingham BeaverBrooks. Thank you again Ross!

The staff at Beaverbrooks Nottingham were all excellent. Each one we dealt with when buying wedding rings made us feel comfortable and never pressured. It had the added extra special feel about the whole buying experience without it being over the top and too posh like we didn’t belong there. Staff were relaxed enough to have a nice conversation too which means so much when making expensive purchases.
