I was very pleased they way we were treated when choosing a mattress and bed. Then the ordering and delivery was very simple and stress free. My bed is beautiful and comfy.

Big range of products to suit all budgets, courteous and informative sales advisor, very knowledgeable about product range, very patient whilst we tested mattresses. Sales process easy, good information and delivery was faultless. Highly recommend

Good sales staff but terrible delivery team. Booked to get the bed on a set day, delivery rang on the day to say they will deliver bed in 20 minutes. NEVER turned up and then sent an email to say there was no one at home. No delivery note left to show they had been to the property. Waited the whole day for the bed to be delivered. Rang the customer service number on the delivery email who was extremely rude and abrupt. Now we have an elderly mother sleeping on the floor for the next 7 days. Funny thing is the proposed delivery date is the date we declined when we bought the bed. If you want blood pressure, anxiety and to spend the whole day looking out of your window, buy a bed from Benson Beds and pay for the delivery! Extremely disappointed by the service, I will never buy from this shop again!

Knowledgeable staff not pushy. Explained everything to us so we could make an informed decision. We both have back issues so it was an important purchase for us as we have bought mattresses before that were so uncomfortable.

This company is not customer friendly, all they want is your money. We ordered a complete bed from their clearance. When bed was received we found that the base had damage so rendered the bed not fit for use. I phoned the shop they said that it's not their problem. I called their customer services. And they said call shop. It is a total calamity. I would never buy from this group ever again. The bed cost £1000 If I could give a minus 00000000 I would. DONT BUY FROM THIS GROUP AS A WORD OF ADVICE
