Only popped in to check a bed we'd seen online before making the purchase. The staff were friendly and didn't try and crowd us (like a lot of big furniture shops), instead just answering our questions when asked and not pushing us to make a purchase right there and then!
Just ordered a new mattress from Dreams after visiting the store in Lady Bay yesterday. Alexandra (Alex), the Sales Person, who advised us was very knowledgeable and patient. She listened to all our questions and concerns and helped us to make the right choice. Thank you and looking forward to receiving the new mattress and other accompanying items in due course.
Buying a bed is now a science! Great help from Alex in the shop as she talked us through the process & then following the "fitting" showed us all the beds that met our criteria. Very knowledgeable, but no "hard sell". Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to invest in a new mattress. Thank you
