I visited this place and the reception was beautiful from the staff and excellent and professional treatment to provide the help you want and good information and advice. I got a contract to sell the iPhone 13 Plus phone to a friend and he was very happy with this deal and I will come back to buy another phone for me. Absolutely horrified by the Managers behaviour today He sat with his arms folded at the desk asking me what I wanted, I said I wasn't sure, he then said I would need id i have been a 3 customer for many year's, I had previously visited the store last week, on the 1st visit it was fairly busy but wasn't acknowledged, went back a little later to be told it was there lunch hour as they had only got 2 staff on on a Saturday? Why not have a sign saying closed for lunch, I asked Adam for his managers name and he said he wasn't giving it me, all i can is its a good job he's leaving or you would be losing a lot of customers I have always been to this store and not had any problems, but the attitude of Adam is absolutely disgusting

Three closed at 5:30pm I managed to get there with my friend Athena at 5:18pm. Adam served us and he was very knowledgeable and a treat to talk to and very polite. He set up and ordered my 5G Hub. It’s 10:30am the next day now and I just received it! Great service 10/10 couldn’t be happier. Thanks Adam!

A very helpful salesperson, didn't get his name he was in training. Went above and beyond being helpful with my new phone.

Went into three shop in Victoria centre nottingham yesterday to ask about a bill that I received and to discuss a new deal. I decided on a sim only deal for my google pixel 4and when they tried to change the sim in my phone they broke the SIM card holder, so they could not get my sim out of the phone. The manager refused to do anything to repair or replace my phone and told me to take it to a mobile repair shop in the centre where they said it is very risky to do this repair and suggested the 3 shop is fobbing me off and to take it back to them. I took it back but the manager wanted nothing to do with it. Because the sim is not held correctly I keep losing the 3 network. THE SHOP COULD NOT DO ENOUGH FOR ME WHEN THEY WERE SELLING ME SOMETHING, BUT WHEN THEY DAMAGED THE PHONE THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS SHOP. I then contacted google pixel who very kindly told me to take the phone to a registered google repair shop to get my issue solved and forward the bill to them BIG THANK YOU TO THEM.
