Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Nottingham

I visited on Saturday 12th August, was assisted by Varim,Samantha and lalletts. It was a great professional friendly service, they answered all my questions and they got my priorities in relation to new glases, directing me to the perfect pair for both my purse and a description of the style I was looking for. Excellent understanding of customer needs with them as main priority, very satisfied customer

I came here last summer to pick up my first ever pair of glasses. It took me a long time to select the pair that I’d want because I was really self conscious about getting glasses. Eventually I settled on a pair that I liked and the staff member putting them through actually laughed at me as I tried the glasses on for her, and ’suggested’ in a really catty way “maybe you want to select another pair that will make your face look good?” it was genuinely embarrassing and made me feel awful. and I buy contact lenses from Boots now

I live in Newark where we have a specsavers however travel into Nottingham branch for the customer service , Ravi and His team are fabulous, all of them . Pleasant, individual, multi racial and just a lovely branch 🌈, it's always a great experience and I'm completely confident in Ravi the lead /senior optician as he is passionate about teaching His young team members. Eyes are so important and my daddy was blind , I feel confident and sure that I'm getting the best care and treatment when I'm at this store 🌈🙏🏼🌟🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿thank you!

Overall very good. Glasses are a little pricey however you can get what you want and a wide range of styles. I did feel initally abandoned whilst browsing the range, I had made my choice of which specs i wanted however staff didn't seem very receptive that I had been waiting for sometime. Once rescued from aimless browsing customer service was excellent and friendly from all, very professional and a nice chat. I look forwards to picking up my new glasses in two weeks time :)

I went there for test of myself and my 3.5 years old daughter. Quick service, helpful. I was very impressed by Alice and the other girl(can't remember her name) for their patience and great communication with my child during testes. Very good service, especially for small children!
