The Groom Room Nottingham

Dont go here, l had been going for 2 years with my Scottie. Change of staff never seen such a bad would say cut but the poor lad was hacked. Still had mud on him so they hadn't bathed him which l had paid for, emailed the customer complaints not heard a thing back in over a week 😡

Excellent service, really friendly and very passionate about their job. Highly recommend this company - got our next 2 sessions booked in already!!

Staff just wasn't very welcoming. I paid for a full groom and added a deep conditioner which I was told left them smelling amazing, it that last that night. I think I'll be finding an at home groomer that takes longer than an hour to wash, deep condition, cut, dry, nail clip, clean eyes and ears.

They were great with my 6 month old cockapoo... he hates being brushed at home but they did a fantastic job and he looks so handsome!

Came in today to buy a hamster and couldn’t have had a better experience, the loveliest staff who knew exactly what they were talking about and did everything they could to help. Thank you so much, you’re all brilliant 🥰 ps - Tommy Shelby has settled in nicely and is currently tucked up in a ball, fast asleep.
