I used to go here to sort my shoulder pain out. I now use acupuncture, if I didn’t I’d go back to Bob.

In October last year I tore ligaments in my ankle playing football (grade 2/3). I had several sessions over the course of 3 months with Rob Bendy who took me from a position where I could put 0% weight on my foot back to running. I was thrilled with the level of treatment, after care & professionalism. I highly recommend this practice.

I never usually leave reviews but I was so impressed with how thorough my appointment was. Jack listened attentively to everything I said and checked everything out looking for every cause, I left feeling so positive and ready to address the problem. Honestly so good!

Jack was a great help in Rehabbing several injuries of mine over the course of several months. I suffered with both Lower Back and Knee Injuries from training in Mixed Martial Arts. He put a plan in place piece by piece to help me through each stage of recovery and ensured I could return to my sport in full form. Outside of our sessions I have referred Clients to him to fix their ailments and they are also now back to training at their usual intensity with no issues. I've worked with other Physios in the past but none have shown the care, knowledge and attention to detail that Jack has and for that reason I recommend him if you're suffering with injuries of your own. 11/10 would recommend. 👍
