Absolutely amazing company I have recently started working with Nottingham lettings looking after the gardens of properties of houses they let out and I'm very grateful iv had the chance to work with such amazing people that look after every tenant with a beautiful garden and house and thankyou Monique Nataliee for all your hard work your a credit to the company and I carnt wait to work with you again in the future

We have rented for many years and this is by far the most professional letting agents we have had. They seem to genuinely care about any issues. We sent an email regarding an issue and a plumber was here the next day and he was incredibly lovely, felt like he also took the time to answer any questions we had. Would thoroughly recommend and we no longer feel the need to move due to this letting agents taking over we finally feel settled.

Made me pay an extra £75 a month for a dog and when I no longer had the dog living with me and asked for the charge to be taken off they refused. Also made me pay a year up front, putting me in debt. B********* D**** is a mould infested flat which is not worth £450 a month let alone the £670 that I’m having to pay every month. Avoid M***** especially and don’t get involved with this terrible agency. I ended up with carbon monoxide poisoning because they didn’t have adequate ventilation in the flat. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They are great communicators, always treat tenants well. They are also very trust worthy and do what they say they will. I can just recommend for everyone!!

They're happy to rent you a draughty, poorly insulated and run down property for an extortionate amount and then try to keep your whole deposit making up nonsense claims for previous damage. Avoid, especially if the property is owned by Soda Estates Ltd who are a nottingham ""business"" who buy, don't maintain and then rent these scruffy properties and then demand you cover their turnover costs. The icing on the cake for whole experience is when I moved in I was given the wrong keys, the agent then couldn't fathom that the keys could be wrong and kept accusing me of operating the handle wrong, as if it might be my first time locking door. Took them several hours to show up and hand over the correct ones while I was stood waiting around with all my belongings.
