Tomlinson Estates - Lenton Office

Ive had a such agreat experience with Tomlinson Estate. Girls are lovely and polite especially young lady called Aimee. She helped me a lot and she was always available to answer my questions. I can olny recommend Tomlinson Estate. Thank you ladies Tatiana

I’ve been renting with Tomlinson Estates for half a year now and thankfully I haven’t run into any problems. My particular situation is quite unique, however; Kitty has been absolutely wonderful all through the process and communication with her is clear. Happy to say I’ve got no complaints!

Aimee Davies has been a huge help moving into my new house. Any questions I have are always resolved or answered in the nicest way possible even though I’m completely new to house renting. All maintenance problems have also been fixed through her or are soon going to be which is a big relief.

I had no idea where to start when looking for a house with my friends for my second year of university but with the help of Tomlinson estates my experience was so simple and straightforward! I had many questions about the whole process but the whole team were very informative and also kind when taking my phone calls or answering my emails. I spoke to Aimee a lot when submitting my information and payments and not only was it always a friendly interaction but also a very helpful one. I felt as though my worries and any concerns were dealt with quickly and effectively and I always was listened to. The property overall was a good experience and we had little to no issues at all with maintenance or electrical issues etc. Overall a really helpful, reliable experience with Tomlinson estates, would highly recommend to anyone.

Having only moved into the the property a couple of weeks ago, Tomlinson Estate have proved to be above and beyond helpful. I had been in contact with Aimee, and nothing was too much for her, with quick and friendly responses to emails and enquiries and getting all the required maintenance jobs sorted within a matter of days. So far, very impressed, thanks again!
