I've made an online order with Charles Clinkard as I wasn't impressed with one sales person's attitude. Please get a cue when a customer wants to be left alone. I've been approached by one sales person. I kindly declined her. The other assistant shouted across the whole shop "are you ok?" while I was exiting the shop. At this point all 4-5 shop assistants were gathered at the till together staring at me. If you want to approach me, please do approach me more discreetly. I felt uneasy.

Bethany was so patient and helpful whilst helping to source school shoes. Alongwith recommendations,Bethany's knowledge was fantastic. We will definitely be visiting again.

Went intoday. Lady working there came across as rude. I wanted some start rite shoes for my grandson. Web site says they have them. No first shoes . Her suggestion was go on line and get them. How about I go to a shop with polite staff that will measure his feet. You lost a sale John Lewis gained one and the service was perfect
