Mad Dog were absolutely brilliant printing my son's France shirt for Christmas. They went above and beyond to research the correct print colour for the shirt and rang me to check which colour we wanted. The price was amazing too. Thanks Mad Dog for great service, at such a busy time of year too.

Highly recommend this place. Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. I went in yesterday with my two boys for some cricket equipment and as someone who works in a customer service retail environment myself I couldn’t help notice how good the service was in here. On entering we were quickly greeted and acknowledged with eye contact and a warm smile. As soon as the young lady was free after dealing with a customer she came over to us and asked how she could help. I mentioned what we needed and rather than just pointing to where the equipment was, she took us over and guided us through the product choices and gave great advice and opinions on the different options and prices. She was also very engaging with the boys, took and interest in their sports and made conversation and jokes. When it came to choosing a helmet I was really impressed that she said she wanted a second opinion from her father (the owner) as it was such a vital piece of equipment which would protect my sons head so it was important to get it right. The owner was also very very friendly, chatting to us as if he’d known us for years and again, gave really great advice and tried to help with cost saving options too. Overall a great customer experience. I will definitely be using the store for all future purchases. Well done!
