Bought a table from them that was defective. We called them and they said they would speak to the manufacturer. I pointed out our table was bought from them, not the manufacturer. After much protest, it took them well over a month to visit - closer to two. The owner was not interested in the defect - a massive horse-shoe shaped crack in the veneer. He clearly had made his mind up before the visit, told us that the table had no defects, that it was "a scratch" (weirdest shaped scratch you've seen) and was terribly arrogant about the matter, telling us that he'd spoken to the manufacturer and there was no fault when the table was made (like they'd say differently?!). The irony was that when we bought the table there was already a different defect, a blemish in the centre, for which they knocked off some money on purchase. Suffice to say, our house insurance sorted it out and we did not spend any more money in this shop. I suggest you go in there for ideas, but buy elsewhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Such an amazing shop! A fantastic range of furniture and lighting from so many brands both well known and not so. Can always find a good present for friends and family and kit your whole house out with contemporary classics. Customer service is excellent and so knowledgeable and they offer far more than just what's on display, so always good to ask for help if you don't see what you're after. Well worth a visit and you can park right outside...bonus!

A brilliant shop lots of unusual items, a joy to walk round. We bought 2 lights for our lounge which are different from others we have looked at. If you want something different I would recommend taking a look. We could spend a fortune there but have to wait til we win the lottery.
