Fantastic, thank you so much. I had lost a small ring from my silver chain and couldn't thread the pendant on anymore. It was fixed in moments and I'm so pleased. I bought some silver dip too so it wasn't until I got home that I realised no charge had been made for the repair. So lovely and would definitely go there when looking for jewellery or gifts. We went into Ernest Jones today to look at wedding bands. We went in and started to browse, and were greeted by a lovely chap called George who asked us if we would like any help. Not really knowing what we wanted, and for two of us, George was fantastic in accommodating our ever changing minds and trying on a selection of different styles. George gave us a really personal experience, it felt like nothing was too much trouble and he made what originally felt like an impossible task, really fun and actually really relaxing too! George showed us a variety of styles, metal types and explained what would work well and what to consider may not work so well with my engagement ring- especially since my engagement ring is quite styled and rhodium plated. George didn’t try to sell the most expensive rings, he really just wanted to make sure we got the best rings to suit our needs. I also needed my engagement ring resized and rhodium plated, he sorted this for us too with no hassle, and even gave my engagement ring a good clean whilst we were in the shop! A really easy, lovely experience, and we have ended up with gorgeous wedding bands (which were in the sale too). We bought my engagement ring from here a few months ago and had a similar experience. We have been searching around several jewellery shops for a couple of months now, these guys know their stuff and the service is second to none. Thank you George and the team!
