The team at Ace and Tate Oxford were amazing! Sam was incredibly friendly and helpful while I choose my new frames (Jay Large) and gave out expert fashion advice. Alex’s fashion advice was also top grade and she was able to make up my prescription super speedily. I paid around 2pm and collected them at 4.30. All in all an outstanding team with great products and fantastic service. Highly recommended!!!

I visited your store in Oxford yesterday after asking a friend where she bought her very cool glasses from. Your website looked amazing but I wanted to see for myself what the concept was all about. It was super easy to shop, the store and environment felt young, vibrant and had unique styles. Jamie helped us both choose glasses and sunglasses and gave us good advice. Popped in as screw just came out of my sunglasses and wanted to check if the store could help, before I finished my sentence the store assistant said he couldn’t help me because the sunglasses weren’t purchased from the store. No offer to help point to another store that could help. Service was blunt. Now inclined not to return due to unhelpful service.

DO NOT COME HERE EYE EXAM / CHECK UP: Initial appointment was canceled the night before. I then scheduled another appointment for 13:00 a week later. I was prompted to arrive early, so I got there 15 min early. When it was 13:00 they took someone else back. They advertise the eye exam taking 20-25 minutes which is ideal for lunch breaks. unfortunately my lunch break was not enough. No one spoke to me at all, including about being behind. I left at 13:25. I did NOT have my appointment. I would not recommend coming here for an eye exam unless you have all the time in the world.

Popped in for a look at some glasses I needed ,great service from the two sales assistants they had the style of glasses I needed, everything went well.This is my first time to this store and they stock some interesting stylish frames ..a very good experience because of two great sales assistant ..well done
