It's one of my favourite places to go in Oxford during the summer. After you finish remember to get chips or scampi and chips in the chippie opposite or visit the Greek restaurant. Visitor highlights: the playground and the super friendly squirrels!

Such a great central park 🪵🌱 in Headington area, 10mins away by bus from the centre of Oxford city. The landscapes are very well maintained and there is a great playground for the kids. 🚴‍♀️🥅🏀 There are a few free parking spaces available next to the north-side entrance. Public rest rooms available within a short distance. There is also an ice-cream van available daily on the afternoon. Parents can have coffee ☕ from local stores, close to the party. The public Library🏫📚 is a great asset, located in the centre of the park and it is definitely worthy to visit👌.

Great place to take kids to let off steam, various park equipment for both young and old. There is plenty of open space and a path going around the whole park for just a stroll. Tennis courts are also available to book online

We enjoyed the park tremendously. There was even a ping pong board or two with bat's and balls ! free to use Lots of activities things to climb on and some interesting but weathered wooden sculptures related to C.s Lewis's The Lion witch and the wardrobe. Toilets were locked at the park, but there is a lovely fish and chip shop over the road to eat drink etc. Lots of greenery and old trees good for a walk as well as playtime.
