Very helpful, kind and efficient. Always there when I turn to them, the staff at Magenta Self Storage are highly responsive to customer needs, including for advice and examples of how best to save on resources. Easy to move boxes with equipment and lifts. Hours very flexible.

I recommend Magenta in Oxford highly. From the beginning the booking process was simple, and handled with courtesy , friendliness and a distinctly personal touch that I have not experienced with other storage businesses. While other online businesses badgered me by email and phone relentlessly, Magenta were much more considered. Jeremy at Botley road, was a pleasure to deal with, and made what was a stressful house move much easier. The location is great opposite Waitrose in Oxford, and there is always parking, even on weekends and busy periods. The units are very reasonably priced and I was offered a great deal on a short term unit. Magenta also sells boxes and packing materials, which were fantastic for an emergency. The reception area even has an espresso machine for customers, which was really appreciated. A great friendly, customer-focused service. Highly recommended.

Ben at Magenta has been super helpful, kind, chatty to me today. Magenta overall has been reasonably priced with helpful staff, good location, stress-relieving with a cup of teakn moving day!

Magenta Storage was amazing! Jeremy, the Oxford Store Manager always made sure I had what I needed. He has excellent communication and organizational skills. Ben is also an excellent customer service representative. Anytime Ben sees me he is sweet, energetic, and helpful. Ben’s personality is unmatched. He also provided you with not only assistance coordinating move-outs, but with cups of tea to compliment your stay at the storage as well. Both Jeremy and Ben are precious resources and make move-ins and move-outs comfortable, easy, and efficient. The storage space is clean, fresh, and spacious. I give Magenta Oxford a 10/10!
