We moved to Hart Shaw a few months ago and it was safe to say we were unclear as to our position with our businesses and the accounts. We were introduced to Hannah Jones to lead and guide us through the process. She has worked tirelessly, meeting all deadlines, and has given us advice that has not only saved us money, but allowed us to understand the process and why it was being done. I’ve worked with Hart Shaw for several years now and would highly recommend their services. I use Hart Shaw for my accounting with my two small businesses, and they work on a fixed-fee which covers doing our accounts, CT returns, VAT returns and self-assessments. It also covers ad-hoc advice I need. They've just finished our accounts for this year and I really can't fault them - they do an excellent job of the technical work and they are always on hand to answer any questions I've got. My partner-contact is Hannah Jones who is fabulous - she has always got time for my left-field and neurotic questions. She is one of the only professional service providers I have found (and I work with a lot) who treats her clients in the same way I like to think I treat my own. What is more is that they don't seem to charge me more for the fact that they act as full-time accountants and part-time therapists. I've also had excellent support this year from Steve Vickers, Luke James, Amy Calpin and Amy Hilley (to name a few). Genuinely as a small business owner working with Hart Shaw takes a lot of stress away - I am pleased that Hannah and her team are part of my (wider) team. Thanks all!
