The team at Langsett are friendly and very helpful. They sold me my trusty ebike at the end of last year, and they’ve sorted any issues that have come up along the way, including sourcing a new battery when mine got stolen. They work quickly too. Definitely recommend!

I thought we were meant to use local shops for more friendly, better service? Hah. Recently (elsewhere) purchased a £1600 gravel bike, and on taking it down to them to look at buying some extra kit including panniers etc, found their service to be condescending, unhelpful and expensive. Literally got laughed at for asking about dyno hubs, because “they’re for serious cyclists who might do multi day bikepacking trips”, and not “casual commuters”. Ended up at Decathlon - MUCH friendlier and way better value.
