Fab garage. Have been going here for MOT and service for several years, all remaining at good prices despite rising costs. Today I turned up with a small issue and they sorted in 60 seconds and didn't charge. They know how to keep customers coming back - thank you!

Booking online was cheaper than in person, and when I said I’ll just book online in that case, I was told no guarantee they would accept my car anytime soon. Basically forced me into paying more money in person because my MOT was due. Delivered my car a day late and felt like I was overcharged.

Brought my car here in March to get a seal fixed on my tyre (which they seem to have done a decent job of). However… I also wanted to get a knocking noise checked out, which was coming from the passenger side front wheel. They said a shock absorber had come loose but that it wasn’t dangerous and the car would still pass it’s mot- and even after I persistently questioned this was re assured the car was safe to drive. A week later and I completely lost control of the car on a country road, smashed through a wall and fence and ended up stuck in a field… luckily the car didn’t roll or this could have ended up much worse (miraculously only resulted in a couple of scratches). I took it to a different garage who advised the accident was due to the faulty shock absorbers, and fixed it for £100 cheaper than the price I was quoted by Jupiter garage. DO NOT use this garage - I was extremely lucky, the accident I was in could have easily been so much worse, and I’m now incredibly nervous driving on country roads. Thanks for the trauma guys ✌🏼

Booked my VW Tiguan in for a major service and oil change. No surprises just honest straightforward advice about what to be aware of in the not too distant future. Will definitely return. Top service.
