We have used Shaun for a couple of years now and are always pleased with the results. He is always professional, punctual and tailors the treatment for the carpet/s at each appointment. Other family members also now use Shaun's services and we are happy to continue to recommend Shaun. For dog owners: I have a dog (which you wouldn't know after Shaun has cleaned the carpets!) and I like that the products used are safe and better still - fully removed from the carpet once cleaned. Especially good for anyone with sensitive pooches like ours!
