Superb customer service and exceptional value. I called about an issue with my son’s PS5, Richard talked me through the likely causes, & an expected cost for each defect. I dropped the PS5 with Richard on Saturday, and it was repaired & ready to be collected by Monday afternoon. Definitely recommended & wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.

I would definitely recommend Richard to everyone. I have used his services twice now, both times leaving as a happy customer. The problem I had was with my sons PS5 HDMI port, Richard sorted this out with no issues both times after my son didn't learn his lesson the first time aha. He has great knowledge about consoles, etc. He really is someone trusted to go to for any issues regarding your electronics and so on.

I had issues with the display port on my PS5. I managed to find a local IT Engineer who Richard I found is an approachable, honest and concise individual. His workmanship is excellent, further more he explains the fault in detail both verbally and visually. Please see attached photos. I highly recommend him, his rates are reasonable.
