Can’t rate Best solicitors highly enough for conveyancing. We had Steph look after our case as we bought and sold our house and she was brilliant. Her communication was fabulous - she would email us within 24 hours of us contacting her and she always told us what was going on honestly and managed our expectations of the moving process fairly. During this very stressful time Steph was great! Thank you.

It's a scam! Avoid! Had a solicitor who I paid around £400 in December 2022 to serve a notice to my tenants. After that he completely disappeared. Then after multiple email and calls finally got through around Feb 2023 and said he would serve the notice but then completly dissapeared again and it's now May 2023! If anyone knows how I can get my money back please let me know. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!

This is the second time that I've experienced dealings with Best Solicitors, and it's the second time that I've been happy with their service. This was in relation to the purchase of a property. As with all solicitors, there is always an element of frustration borne by the client, because we all want things to happen, like yesterday. What people sometimes forget is that the solicitor acting on our behalf has to deal with other solicitors, agents etc who, occasionally, forget the implications of any delays caused by their inactions, or incompetence. On this occasion, Best Solicitors, especially Stephanie was dealing with a third party who, in turn were dealing with a fourth party 😤. Not an ideal scenario, but it all worked out fine. Personally, I have no issues with recommending Best Solicitors Limited, especially when it's a matter of conveyancing.

I had high expectations when I engaged with this solicitor firm to handle my friend's case involving a seller. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be incredibly frustrating and disappointing. First and foremost, the solicitor assigned to our case did not demonstrate a strong work ethic. There were several instances where they failed to complete their tasks in a timely manner, causing unnecessary delays and stress. It seemed like their attention to detail was lacking, as important details were overlooked and had to be repeatedly addressed. Moreover, what compounded the issue was the solicitor's frequent absences due to holidays. It felt like we were constantly waiting for their return, which further prolonged the already protracted process. This lack of availability significantly hindered progress and left us feeling neglected. Communication was another area that fell short of expectations. The solicitor often failed to respond promptly to our queries, leaving us in a state of uncertainty and confusion. Clear and timely communication is crucial in legal matters, and their lack of responsiveness made the entire experience even more frustrating. Overall, I cannot express enough how deeply disappointed I am with the level of service provided by this solicitor firm. Their lack of professionalism, poor work ethic, and inadequate communication have negatively impacted the outcome of my friend's case. I expected much more from a firm of their reputation, and sadly, they failed to meet even the basic standards. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution and thoroughly evaluate other options. It is crucial to find a solicitor firm that is committed, reliable, and responsive, qualities that were regrettably absent in this particular experience.

We have used Best solicitors twice, both time they done an outstanding job for me and my partner. Always very responsive and informative.They really helpful and explain everything in detail. Their prices are reasonable.
