Very good service from Brad Whiteley and his assistant on my house purchase last year. The seller seriously tested my patience with her stupidity but Brad kept his cool. Exchange and completion on the same day after a very stressful experience but other than a few days of silence Taylor Bracewell never put a foot wrong.

Selling my property to buyers who used this company to act for them turned out to be the most frustrating experience imaginable. Unnecessary delays, slow response times, and unreasonable requests meant that a simple sale of an empty property to first time buyers took 10 months to complete! Not recommended.
