Having used Wake Smith before we contacted them again for help with a Small Claims case. On 3 occasions we were told someone would call us back but the call never came. The receptionist was completely disinterested, no apology for the time wasted. Perhaps too busy to return our call but if so, simply saying you can't help us on this occasion would be the polite and helpful thing to do.
