The staff at Bluebird Care Sheffield looked after my mother for many years, she loved them going in and caring for her and I loved the fact they were professional and friendly at all times. Highly recommend (I’ve told my children if I ever need care to use this company!)

Bluebird Care looked after my grandmother in her final years, the staff were very friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for care for elderly who wish to stay in their own home. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou xx

I've worked for Bluebird Sheffield now for 2 and a half years and they've been nothing but brilliant with me. They were so kind and understanding during a really difficult time, and I couldn't have asked for more. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I look forward to many more years here 😊

Great company to work for
Promotions went to office staff heads and don't expect any support from management and don't make any mistakes

Anyone thinking of going to work for bluebird. Don’t!! They won’t pay you for a weeks worth of training, which isn’t even awarded by an appropriate awarding body instead it’s just a bit of paper they printed themselves.
Staff turnover is the worst I’ve ever seen. The recruitment manager left out the blue after only a couple months and the person delivering the training was new to the business.
I’ve followed everything up with Acas and following their advice to ensure I persue what I’m owed and won’t give up until I’m paid.
Toxic work environment and toxic management they will promise you the world and yet fail to deliver the basics.
Anyone going for a job please spare your time and don’t, but if you do make sure you sign the contract the day you start training and not forward date it like they ask you to. And do not sign the training waver stating they can charge you if you leave the company.
Luckily my partner works in employment law so know no deductions can make you fall below legal minimum wage others might just take the loss.
And as the training isn’t from an awarding body and only benefits bluebird you are completely entitled to be paid for the induction week don’t let them tell you your not.
Avoid bluebird at all costs!!
