SOUP Agency is one of the most incredible companies I've ever come across - they have helped me scale and grow my business, and are amazing at what they do. The team is so committed to personal and professional development, and they really champion independent brands. I'm used to working with global brands on very high level marketing, and have worked with a LOT of agencies over the past 5 years for various projects, and SOUP is without a doubt the best I've had the pleasure of working with.

I joined the E-Com Growth Hub around a year ago now and it provides so much value. The team at SOUP are always on hand to answer questions no matter how stupid they are and the support calls are a god send for validating ideas and what you think you should be doing. The group is full of like minded business owners and has provided some useful hints, tips and things we can do to improve our Facebook adverts increasing sales and customers. Soup are very enthusiastic at the start, sending gifts and compliments your way. I thought their fees were expensive for what they delivered. We had various people working on the account over the months - some would come and go, different people on Slack and 'managing' things without any real explanation or update. I found them difficult to get in touch with - my emails and requests for a phone call were ignored. Performance was below average, many mistakes were made in terms of copy and audiences. One ad asked Facebook users to "catch the bug" right in the middle of COVID-19 lockdown! Briefs were ignored, constant mistakes to highlight, it took so much time and money and the results could easily have been achieved without them. Overall, we probably lost money and I found there to be empty promises, a lack of care or attention to detail. ROAS of 1-2 really isn't going to cut it especially when their fees are thousands of pounds each month. They are quick to blame everything else instead of taking any responsibility. Avoid. It all felt very unprofessional and amateur.

100% recommend Soup, they really are an incredible team and wonderful at what they do. They have completely transformed my company in just 2 months. I was quite nervous about joining, but they completely put me at ease and answered all my questions. Within the first 4 weeks Soup had doubled my monthly revenue.
