Is there an option for ZERO MINUS because that’s what this incompetent service deserves. Staff sit on your case for years doing absolutely nothing and when the court deadline looms, they start harassing you with calls. They keep changing people…I have 10 changes! My current lawyer doesn’t believe me, she sends me strongly worded letters to say I am about to commit fraud and my case can be thrown out. This is despite the fact that my medical records show I have suffered from this incident and I have had to pay extra money to seek private treatment. I will name her once my case has been completed. It’s been four years and we are still fighting this case! This firm is completely disgusting! Please STAY AWAY!!!

Ever since my accident in September 2019 I've had to constantly chase my case handlers for updates. The turnover of staff has been worryingly high and handovers haven't been great. It shouldn't have taken over 3 years to settle my claim when liability was accepted from the start, but as Thompsons get paid a set fee at the start, it's clear there's no incentive to work hard for their clients. Feedback on Google is testament to that as it's only the fee paying clients who write positive reviews and the union clients have all had such poor experiences. In future if I ever need legal assistance I'll pay the money for a reputable company or go with a No Win No Fee outfit as the service is far superior.
