Whirlwind fast response to a call-out yesterday. The engineer was on site within a few minutes, which meant I could lock the building, set the alarm and get home in time to take my wife out for a promised dinner. Everybody happy - thank you.

Good installation but the ongoing maintenance is very, very expensive. They offer pricy service contracts where you can find much cheaper elsewhere for the same service. They also lock the machine with an engineer code so oif something goes wrong, you have to pay then £120 to come back out and fix it. Thankfully I found an independent house alarm service company in Crosspool who charged £50 for 3 hours work and got our system working again. They managed to work around the engineer lock that Wilkins have put on it.
