Excellent driver. Friendly and professional taxi driver.and was very punctual for my hospital appointment. Will use again and definitely recommend to other wheelchair users.

We pre-booked a car for 6 passengers from Sheffield city centre through to Dronfield. We were informed via text & then phone call when the taxi was on its way & given a link to track it online. This was really useful as we could see exactly where & when it was due to arrive. Our driver was well presented & courteous & the fare was very reasonable. All 6 of us agreed that this was an excellent service & we would definitely use them again.

We had a wonderful and dependable experience. We booked a cab in advance from Sheffield to Manchester airport. The driver (#59) came even slightly earlier than expected which was a wonderful surprise. He was courteous and got us to the airport smoothly. Would highly recommend and book again for future trips!!

I rang an hour before needed to organise a taxi to do 3 pickups at different addresses & then drop off at our venue. I told him it was for 6.45pm before I started. He needed details of all addresses & it took forever for the gentleman to finally take down all the details. Then he said I will just check availability. Yes, your right. No availability. That's 10 minutes I will never get back in my life & I'll never try with A1 again 😖😖

The driver of the BLACK LEVC TX TAX 180Y was really patient and helpful. It was a swift and comfortable ride. I can’t remember his name. Will definitely be using them for my airport transfer
