Simpsons is a family run opticians.I and all my family go there regular to have our eyes tested.The staff are very nice and pleasant. If you need to pick new glasses the staff are very patient and helpful and they do really good special offers on prices .I'd recommend this business.
Paid for replacement lenses, all my requirements were ignored. 1 pair were constantly being repaired when I had enough I asked for my money back, agreed and later on the owner said NO MONEY BACK AND AS A GOODWILL GESTURE OFFERED TO REPAIR …
Been going for about 10 years, always very pleasant service, thorough checkups and excellent customer service from all staff. A pleasure to visit. (No pushy sales tactics or upselling either!) Any eye irritation problems i also had were also checked out straight away and remedy was prescribed promptly and efficiently!
