Really enjoy yoga with Lea, not only is she lovely but she is super knowledgeable and makes everyone feel at ease. The sessions are challenging but also relaxing in a dim lit studio with fairy lights, candles and aromatherapy oils. I go home after an hour feeling like a new person- best yoga class I've been to.
