Booked for an end of tenancy cleaning 3 weeks in advance, on the day the cleaner arrived 3.5h late (later explained that was only notified of the job 1h before their arrival), did an okay job but not an end of tenancy clean. The letting agency was not satisfied and I needed to order a separate cleaning. AVOID!
