Cowboys. Didn't turn up or answer calls, completely uncontacable for 8 hours. At which point was too late. Was dependent on this outfit for a slot to remove waste on day of house sale, cost my elderly mother a good deal of stress. How do you not answer a company phone for 8 HOURS. Or send a message. Unbelievable.
