We booked Necti in advance to take us to Heathrow airport in the early hours of the morning. They never showed up! We waited for about 30 minutes, during which time they never answered the phone or provided us with any updates. Do not book with Necti!
I highly recommend their services. The online reservation process was very easy and user friendly. Our driver was really nice and waited for us with a sign. The taxi was spotless and had enough room for all of our luggage and the driver drove us safely to the airport. We will definitely use their services again!
