This company is a real fraud and operates a scam. They turned up at my home when I was not in, without any authorisation or agreement, spayed my windows with cold water and placed an invoice through my letterbox. I caught them doing it again a few weeks later and the guy who ran the fanchise managed to speak to the head office to remove my details. The company is now chasing me for this alleged service and has now passed the unpaid invoice to a debt collector. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. I strongly recommend to avoid this company.
