Safestore Self Storage Cardiff Newport Road

All staff (mike, heath & april) went above and beyond to ensure my storage needs were met. would recommend anyone looking for either short term or long term to store here knowing your belongings will be safe and secure. stored over a year the staff were fantastic and cannot thank them enough. will happily return should i need storage again! thank you to you all at safestore!!

Amazing, welcoming, and friendly staff on both check-in and check-out! nothing was too much trouble for them! high chance of locker availability due to its 3 stories which is really helpful, with a decent sized lift big enough to fit 2 loading trolleys and a few people. only “issue” that wasn’t really an issue was the wait fir the lift when it’s busy, but patience is a virtue so no complaints at all

I used safestore on newport road for four years when i moved out of my flat. i couldn’t have had a better experience - there was never any worry about my stuff being safe. it was so easy to access whenever i needed, the staff are all great & they respond so quickly to emails. . michael & justin are brilliant!

Very professional, helpful reception. disability accessible. toilet available in reception. trolleys provided of different shapes and sizes. lots of storage options. plenty of parking. very clean and dry. no damp etc. top class. bit confusing layout and map. perhaps wall and floor markings would help find lift and way out.
