Chris was professional throughout the entire assessment. He arrived early, was thorough and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. Really put me at ease. He communicated in a kind and clear manner. He was willing to adapt for my disability, which I appreciated no end. (I’m dyslexic - affects language processing.) He was willing to support me using my strategies, to help me access the information fully. Excellent assessment I feel aware of what will happen next and what’s needed to protect the property for future. I appreciated being given space to respond with concerns and get clarity. Very professional company with great service. They were really helpful on the phone prior to booking the appointment. Kerry & Sarah we’re both able to offer lots of advice. When it came to booking the appointment with the tenant they took over arrangements which made it much easier for me. They arrived on time and rescheduled the follow up visit. I have never left a review before but felt compelled to do so for Environ. I think their service has been exceptional throughout. As well as being very professional - courteous, helpful, turning up on time etc - everyone I have encountered has been incredibly kind and reassuring about the situation, from the office-based colleagues, the man who completed the first visit (apologies, I can't remember his name) and most recently Courtney. Hopefully I never have to use pest control again or recommend a service to family and friends! But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Environ.

***This review has been edited to reflect service recovery and some compromise reached.*** Almost 5 months and 7 visits later, rodent infestation persists despite my spending over £700. First technician missed an entire area during initial survey, there was poor communication with subsequent technicians who did not read report nor move the washing machine on later call outs. A big hole in the wall remained undiscovered till the 5th call out. Mice are still coming through the inadequate proofing leaving bits of proofing material and blue foam rodenticide in flat. Call handlers, while polite, friendly and responsive, were reading off their guidelines and told me to “trust the process” ie wait for mice to take bait and die over a few weeks when there were gaps missed by technicians during repeated call outs. Eventually I was told to read the fine print (something like “we can’t close every hole”) and “it’s a building problem”. This is despite the building doing a separate survey when the issue was first raised and addressing the source. Environ then recommended me a four season plan for over £500 (quarterly visits), which I did not want because I have spent enough without a definitive solution to the rodent infestation. Environ has been responsive and open in communication as we worked together towards a middle ground. Sarah in particular has been patient and helpful. I recently had the pleasure of hiring Environ Property Services to perform a proofing job in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They carefully assessed the areas and provided me with a detailed explanation of the process. Their expertise and attention to detail instilled confidence in me right from the beginning. The team was meticulous in sealing off potential entry points for pests, including gaps around pipes and vents. I must also mention the exceptional customer service provided by the team in the office.
