My boiler stopped working. leo’s price for a new boiler came out lower than a competitor. he also gave me a better boiler as well as a hive thermostat! additionally, he is a super friendly, nice guy. he responded quickly, got one of colleagues in to do the installation and left my home near and today. would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend highly enough this company!!! leo and his engineers are extremely professional, very clean a tidy while working. i had a major issue with my boiler at the worst time ever, while i had family and guests from italy. leo was kind enough to attend in within a few hours of me talking to him, gave me a very convenient estimate and finished the job next day! i am very happy and will be using this company again.

I had a very tricky shower hose that needed replacing. i contacted leo via instagram, he was very quick to respond and sent his staff the very next day. when his staff member was unable to locate the relevant part, leo attended the following day himself & was able to successfully fit the shower. i was very grateful for the efficiency and will be using this company for all future plumbing jobs.

Leo was professional and responsive. he did an emergency leak repair on sunday evening at very short notice, then returned to do full boiler repair and service two days later in cold spell when much demand for boiler and plumbing services. he did as promised, arrived on time, was polite and easy to communicate with. he explained what he had done and why. highly recommended.
